These GTCS define the terms under which asstgr provides its SaaS services to users, as well as the subscription, payment, and refund policies.
Access to the service requires creating a user account with accurate and up-to-date information. Registration is free. Some features are only available through a paid subscription.
Subscription rates are displayed on the platform and may be changed at any time. Any pricing changes will only apply to subscription renewals. Payments are secured and processed through our payment provider STRIPE.
Refund requests are handled directly by asstgr under the following conditions:
All refund requests must be submitted via the subscription management page accessible from your user account. The necessary information (purchase date, problem description, etc.) will be automatically transmitted. After this period or outside these conditions, no refund can be granted.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment, where execution has begun with the user’s express consent and their express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
asstgr strives to ensure continuous availability of its services but cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical incidents beyond its control.
The user agrees not to misuse or use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of these terms.
All elements of the website (logos, texts, content, interface, code) are the exclusive property of asstgr. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
asstgr collects data for account management, billing, and service improvement. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data at any time.
asstgr reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in the event of non-compliance with these GTCS, fraud, or misuse of the service.
These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of asstgr’s registered office.
By confirming a subscription or using the service, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted without reservation these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the privacy policy.
